"Hidden Butterflys" - Richly colored with
visual depth, this orange, yellow and
green highlight accents seen through
clear sections, a 11" round heavy free
standing display piece.
High-firing is a technique where glass is stacked to trap air when fired to 1800
degrees F, resulting in the glass 'boiling" with interesting effects. The color and
arrangement of the different colors is critical to achieve the interesting swirling
patterns.

Painting with light - glass paintings utilizing cut as well as frit and
powders (crushed glass) to create secenary.
